Iris Salihagic teacher
Iris is the co-owner of Movement Flow a School that teaches a mix of gymnastics, dance, capoeira, martial arts and hand balancing.
Her background as an Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, ex National bodybuilding competitor, and Nutritionist has taught her to empower others to move in a methodical way for longevity. Over the past few years, Iris had
the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients/students from adolescence, and pregnant and high-level athletes. Her primary purpose is to teach her students how to move, nourish and shift their mindset. This will allow playfulness in your movement practice as well as progress

Joyce is a holistic pain and movement specialist who aims to help people be better in many different perspectives by various approaches.
She specializes in emotion and neurological motor control. She searched for the movement system to integrate with her own techniques; the second she met Movement Flow, she knew it is the one.
In her own training and teaching journey, Movement Flow has been unlocking herself and
her clients’ potential and leveling in physical and psychological health. Movement Flow is her favorite system to bring people to reach their goals and fulfill their mission.

This course is suitable for all levels and ages keeping in mind that it will be very physical and hands-on. Everything you learn, you will practice and actually integrate into your training. So expect to work hard- not only with your body, but also with your mind. Both will be tested.

As for training gear, we’ll keep it real simple: bring t-shirts or tank tops, comfortable pants or shorts, and socks for floor work. Take fluids, snacks, and lunch. Also be sure to have a healthy breakfast before to give you lots of energy for the day.

【Getting Certified 】獲得認證
If you wish to progress within the Movement Flow system, this course is your first milestone. To receive a Movement Flow Level 1 certificate, you must finish all 4 days without missing any of the programs. This opens the door to taking future development courses like Level 2 and Teacher Training programs.
